Each woven label is an important detail that adds value to a brand’s products. However, behind these small pieces lies a meticulously managed production process.
Design and Approval

The first step is to create a unique design that meets the brand’s needs. The logo, font, colors, and dimensions are finalized at this stage. Once the design is approved by the client, it moves into production.
Yarn and Material Selection
Choosing the right yarn is crucial for both durability and appearance. Polyester, cotton, or blended yarns are selected based on the intended use of the product.
Weaving Process
Labels are produced by weaving warp and weft threads at specific intervals. The machinery used at this stage determines the clarity and quality of the label.
Edge and Cutting Processes
Special cutting methods are applied to prevent the label from fraying. Heat cutting, ultrasonic cutting, or folding techniques are chosen according to the intended use of the product. Quality Control
Once production is complete, each label is inspected for color accuracy, clarity of text, and durability. Defective items are separated, and only high-quality labels are delivered to the customer.

Each of these stages ensures the production of high-standard labels that brands can use with confidence.
