ÉCUSSON ET BADGE BRODÉS

Embroidery patching goes back to ancient cultures when the art of sewing fabric with thread appeared. It has been used in the past for royal and religious artifacts by hand-stitching detailed designs. With the introduction of the Schiffli embroidery machine in the second half of the 19th century, the mass production process began.

Today, patches are produced with threads of different colors using a multi-needle system.  In addition, the embroidery machine, which works with the principle of instant dyeing of a single thread, which is a new technology like Coloreel, provides softer tone and color transitions, unlike traditional embroidery. Coloreel provides a sustainable production due to the minimum consumption of thread and dye.

Embroidered patches are often used as a brand logo or design element on clothing, uniforms, sports jerseys, bags and shoes. Furthermore, embroidery patches are accessories that people use to customize their personal effects, except for manufacturers.
